Our Process

We re-establish compliance per recommendation with the contacts that we have already worked with on previous cases.

Drafting & sending the notice and letter to Paypal opening an escalated case with them.

Once we open the case on our end, we then walk you through opening a second review on your account by sending you steps and contact information.

Important Criteria That Must Be Accomplished

  • Open and honest communication!

  • It was not scammed or sold something that violates the guidelines of the payment provider such as weapons, CBD, etc..

  • The dispute rate must be MAXIMUM 5%.

  • All open cases must be closed! If during the processing cases arise, they must be closed again as soon as possible (Therefore, please always check regularly).
